As we highlighted in the Winter 2006 edition of Alana, the CECDE
has developed a parents' guide to Síolta. This guide is intended to introduce and familiarise parents with
the various elements of the National Quality Framework and
to highlight its benefits in terms of their input into their child's education.
A draft version of this guide was made available and may be viewed here.
A feedback form was distributed on request to record and submit opinions
and there was also an online facility to this end.
The final version of Síolta - A Guide for Parents was
launched at our international conference in February 2007.

request directly from the CECDE.
